Lead Shielding Room Packaging and Transportation Guidelines

1. Pre-shipment Inspection
Verify the structural integrity of all lead plates, lead doors, and door frames, checking for cracks, dents, or loose fasteners.
Confirm that the radiation shielding performance meets the design specifications, complete surface radiation monitoring and record the monitoring results.
Ensure that all components (lead plates, steel structures, seals) are accurately assembled and marked with corresponding part numbers.
Check whether the lifting points and hardware have the required load-bearing capacity and verify all rigging equipment. 
2. Packaging Requirements
Inner packaging: Each lead component should be wrapped with anti-slip and shock-absorbing foam or rubber pads to prevent scratches and impact damage.
Outer packaging: The wrapped components should be placed in a sturdy, moisture-proof wooden crate or a steel-reinforced plywood box.
Box dimensions: Customized according to the component size, with at least 5 cm of buffer space reserved on each side.

3. Loading and Securing
